When Possessions Possess You
Why do many rich people feel like they’re missing something? Why do many poor people seem to have something that others don’t?
And how can we live wealthy lives regardless of how much money we have?
I think the answer to that question is something a lot of us want to feel more confident about! Since Jesus talked a lot about the connection between money, possessions and the heart, so will we.
On October 22, our pastor took us into the Bible to help us think it through. It was the first of two Sundays of a mini-series titled, “Rich Man, Poor Man: What makes the rich poor, the poor rich, and how to be wealthy without any money.”
