Our memory verse for this month is Romans 12:12: “Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer”–so that is what we will do.
Our service will continue to have a variety of special elements, and Pastor Ruttan will talk about “praying and not giving up” (as Jesus tells us to do in Luke 18:1-8). Some of you are doing well with prayer right now. Others, not so much. Jesus encourages us to be persistent; on Sunday we’ll learn why, receive some motivation, and some practical tips.
