On Sunday, September 23rd we gather at 10:01am at 170 Steel Street to honour the living God! (Here it is via Google Maps.)
We really hope you join in. Here’s what to expect:
- There will be nursery care and Sunday school (ages pre-school to high school)
- We’ll sing a combination of praise songs and hymns, pray, and encourage one another!
- The pastor will continue with our current teaching series about Miracles — Do they happen, how they happen, and the life-changing difference it makes. To read more about the series click here. In Part 3 (September 23rd) he’ll explore the difficulty we experience when miracles DON’T happen. Have you ever felt that God didn’t do something dramatic in your life (like heal something) because your faith simply wasn’t big enough? Do you think that the “ordinariness” of your life must be evidence of God’s absence in your life? If you’ve ever had those thoughts, Sunday’s message is for you. We’ll dispel one of the biggest myths about why miracles don’t happen, and then we’ll dive into some of the theoretical reasons why some miracles might not happen, and also some of the practical down-to-earth ones as well.
Hopefully, this series will challenge and inspire you!
September is the real New Year’s. So do it well and honour God. You’ll be glad you did.
