This Sunday we gather at 10:01am to praise God. Pastor Ruttan will teach on Mark 5:21-43. We'll reflect on our understanding of Jesus as "Saviour," especially in moments of desperation. There will be Sunday School and nursery care. We will enjoy a chili lunch after the service. We will pray, praise, support one another, and enjoy fellowship.
Advent begins! On Sunday, December 1, 2024 at 10:01am (in person and live-streamed), we will start the journey of Advent. Worship begins with prayer and praise. We celebrate the Sacrament of Communion. We will light the Advent Candle of Hope. The pastor will preach on Mark 6:1-13. There will be Sunday School, nursery care and fellowship time after the service. We will also receive (if people are able) a special financial offering for the Deacon's Fund -- a fund which helps people who are struggling financially, either inside or outside of the congregation. This is something we do every time we celebrate Communion.
