On Sunday, February 15th we gather to honour the God a loving and saving God.
We open our Bibles to one of its most famous stories: Daniel and the Lion’s Den (literally “pit”). As always, Daniel’s faith invites us to think of the goodness and power of God in the face of fear and opposition. Daniel was not alone with lions—the Lord was with him.
We will sing, pray, learn, and build one another up as Christ’s body.
“Whom shall I fear…”
“God of grace and God of glory…”
Yes, we’ve been learning some new songs at Westminster. But yes, okay, okay – given our current teaching series we are going to re-learn an old one: Dare to be a Daniel!
Sunday School teachers and nursery helpers are ready to serve, help and instruct.
We surround one another with prayer, and are blessed with fellowship and snacks.
Let's honour our rescuing God together.
Take note of these upcoming events.
