'Leading with Care' is a national program of The Presbyterian Church in Canada, the denomination of which Westminster is a part.
It endeavours to ensure a safe ministry enviornment, especially for vulnerable persons, including children, youth and vulnerable adults.
This includes best practices, but police records checks and, in some situations, special training.
