A lot happens on Sunday.
The worship team meets to discuss special services (through Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, etc) and all the accompanying details including how the sanctuary looks and arranging details like palm branches, flowers, candles, etc. These are elements of Sunday morning which people don't think of, but sure miss them when someone hasn't taken the time.
This committee also oversess the arrangement of Communion and the ushering schedule.
Pastor Ruttan runs the team as a whole. Jim Bewick coordinates the ushers and Carolyn Trott facilitates the elements and preparation for Communion.
