Yes, Jesus is the "bread of life." But why does he say that we need to eat his flesh and drink his blood (John 6:56)? Yikes! If his statement is not about Communion (and it's not), what does he mean? These ideas caused many disciples to abandon him. On Sunday we'll explore John 6:25-71 and how Jesus nourishes us in meaningful, eternal ways. We will sing to God, pray together, be blessed with Sunday School ministries, and also Fellowship Time after the service! In addition, Pastor Ruttan will hold a short "Q and A Forum" after the service. Three questions have been submitted about temptation, about assisted suicide, and about the difference between biblical and secular "worldviews."
