Recently, the Ontario government announced some updates to do with safely reopening the province in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The good news is that things seem to be headed in a positive direction!

Places of worship (like Westminster) were given some additional options that may allow us to increase the numbers of congregants at worship services held indoors.

We are considering these options closely, and also making plans for further youth and Sunday School activities.

Our elders recognize that not everyone is at the same level of comfort with respect to being in close proximity to others. Therefore, we have decided to contact members of the congregation to assess what your individual situation is so that we can create a plan that will meet the needs of the congregation as closely as possible.

Anticipate a call from the church in the next week. If you are not yet in our directory but plan on attending services in person, please contact the church office at 705-728-0541 to provide us with your input and your contact information.

As a church we have moved forward carefully and safely. It is important that we take the time to do it right!

Most importantly, we have been keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus—and we will persevere with God’s help.
