This message by Pastor Ruttan on Acts 6:8 – 7:60 is about the martyrdom of Stephen, often called the first Christian martyr, who died by stoning.
In this the longest speech in Acts, the sermon highlight four themes embedded in Stephen’s words: (1) God’s faithfulness in the past assures us of God’s faithfulness in the present; (2) Knowing the Scriptures well enable you to better apply God’s wisdom to your own modern life; (3) The beautiful power of Christlikeness; and (4) Faithfulness is never wasted.
Then or now.
