THREE-LEGGED PACE – THE HOLY SPIRIT – PART 2 OF 2
Last week we explored insights about the Holy Spirit that apply to Christians generally. This week we explored insights about the Spirit which apply to Christians specifically. In other words, God has made each of us to be an original, and he has given each of us unique personalities and strengths which he uses to help us honour Jesus, talk about Jesus, and do the loving work of Jesus in our lives and world.
Implications for each of us to consider specifically to ourselves;
- Love is the greatest spiritual gift working within you (1 Corinthians 13). Without it, how spiritually “impressive” you seem to others doesn’t matter.
- Low-drama spirituality can have a highly dramatic impact.
- You have at least one spiritual gift that the Holy Spirit will use to further the common good through you.
